Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Take reasonable steps to notify the user of the complaint
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
Typical Response Time: 24-48 hours for valid notices
Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification must include:

- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to Jurisdiction
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside India, any judicial district where Today News may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent

Counter-Notice Process
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:
- We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant
- We will inform them that the removed material may be restored in 10-14 business days
- Unless the copyright owner files a court action, we may restore the content
Repeat Infringer Policy
