Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the user who posted the material
3. Take reasonable steps to notify the user of the complaint
4. Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice

Counter-Notice Process

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:

1. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant
2. We will inform them that the removed material may be restored in 10-14 business days
3. Unless the copyright owner files a court action, we may restore the content
